Our long national nightmare is over. OK, I'm exaggerating a bit, but finally, after months of sundry issues, you can see our new website has launched!
There are a lot of problems yet to solve. For instance, the site looks better in Mozilla than in Explorer. Yep, this is not the finished project. In the coming weeks we will add content to all the sections. We will also be adding weekly polls, commenting to blog entries, a search function, and many more interactive features to the site. I thank you for bearing with us during the construction and promise to make every effort to have the job finished as soon as possible.
I would like to thank Jason Godesky and Anne McCafferty of Vivisimo/Clusty.com for their invaluable assistance. We will be counting on Jason in the coming weeks to help us finish the site. But, a special thanks must go out to Ira Goldberg. Three weeks of meetings, phone calls and IM's with Ira produced what you see now. Thank you Ira, for your customary dedication and hard work.
Any shortcomings to the site are entirely mine. I designed it, but I know there is much room for improvement. If you have any suggestions, please don't hesitate to let me know.
